14 Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted for all orders within 14 days from the date of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the performance of the product. Refused shipments also fall under this policy.

There is a 2.9% restocking fee in order to cover payment processing fees. We will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs. Processors must be in their original condition to be returned, and still be eligible for our warranty.

Orders paid for with Nano may only be returned for store credit.

Orders placed for our delidding service may be cancelled for a refund within six months of the date of purchase if a processor has not yet been sent in. After six months orders cannot be cancelled.
