Shipping Instructions
Any orders placed for our delidding service will need to be delivered to us by November 30, 2021 for completion.
Once you have placed your order, please mail your processor to:

We recommend shipping your processor in its original retail packaging if possible. If you no longer have the retail packaging, lots of bubble wrap is recommended.
For customers within the United States, you may ship to us using either USPS, UPS, or Fedex. For international customers, please ship to us using either your local post or DHL.
Please write your order number somewhere on your package, or include a copy of your order confirmation email. Once received, it generally takes 1 business day for your order to be completed. For prompt service, let us know the tracking number for your package by replying to your order confirmation email.
Shipping directly from a retailer:
If you're wanting to reduce shipping time and cost, you may ship a processor directly from a retailer to us for delidding. Just make sure to place an order for delidding with us first, and let us know the tracking number when it ships so we can identity your package.
Local drop-offs:
You may drop off a processor for delidding, but upon completion it will need to be shipped back to you. Our address will bring you to our local UPS store, which we use to process all of our shipments.
Pack everything up in a package with your order number and our address written clearly. You can then hand it off to one of the UPS store employees during their business hours (listed below) and let them know it's for Silicon Lottery.
